HOME TIME
We recognize the value of family and the time needed for a family to stay happy. After all, we all have families ourselves. We require single operators to be out for 10 - 14 days and teams 6 - 10 days. Your fleet manager manages days out and days off. |

SPECIAL TIME OFF
We also recognize the difference between regular home time and time off for special occasions. Birthdays, anniversaries, and other personal appointments are important to drivers and their families. Your special time off is important to us as well. This system is managed through our computer system and dispatch. Your special time off request is identified in our system so that planners and fleet managers know when you have to be home, and you are planned to be there. Our system proves our commitment in getting you home. |
