Arnold Bros Transport Ltd. is committed to providing reliable transport solutions for our customers. Reporting directly to the Manager, Customer Experience & Performance, that Customer Service Mentee is responsible for ensuring a positive exchange between the customer and the company. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and proactive problem solver who adapts well to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide support to Customer Service Representatives regarding management of their accounts.
  • Assist with submitting non-scheduled and scheduled orders.
  • Regularly track and trace customer orders, identifying potential and realized delays in load ETA's.
  • Promptly and efficiently respond to customer inquiries, addressing any concerns regarding loads.
  • Communicate any service concerns to Operations and confirm that appointments are scheduled.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Previous Customer Service experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge & experience with MS Office Suite and Teams. Experience with TMW software is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and approach complex or sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a group setting.
