Safety Bonus for Owner Operators
Owner Operators are eligible for safety bonuses providing they do not have any accidents that are preventable and above their deductible for that safety bonus period. The program encourages safe driving from our Class 1 drivers, and holds our drivers to a high standard of professionalism on the road.
ABT Extra Mile & Rising Star Awards
Nominated by Operations and other staff members. Every month 2 drivers are nominated by Operations and other office staff that have shown their outstanding professionalism in the workplace. ABT recognizes the hard work that all our drivers commit to, and we thank them for keeping the road a safe place while also getting the job done. These drivers have good working relationships with their peers, colleagues, customers, and set the bar higher for all individuals in the transport industry.

National Trucking Week Events
Every year there is a week-long celebration to thank the trucking industry for their hard work and dedication to the industry. The week has various events to show our appreciation. Some of the past events that ABT has had are:
