Mentor Programs
Would you like to be a Professional Class 1 Driver? Arnold Bros. Transport has designed a Mentorship program to train and coach the next generation of Professional Class 1 Drivers.
The program pairs new Mentees with qualified ABT Mentors for a comprehensive 6-8 week in-cab training program. This program allows new drivers to gain the confidence to become skilled, safe, and responsible Professional Class 1 Drivers.

Mentor Program Requirements
- Must have a valid Class 1 license,
- Must be eligible to work in Canada,
- Must be eligible to drive in the USA and have border crossing documentation,
- FAST card is an asset,
- Must have attended an accredited Class 1 MELT program.
